Paragon Executive Management will liase with your respective personnel in recommending suitable venues for a Conference or other types of meeting, and once your Company has chosen a venue for its requirements we will be pleased to co-ordinate all Delegate transfers from airports and other UK destinations through our Chauffeur Division.
Paragon Executive Management is capable of tackling the most demanding logistics involved when dealing with larger groups of Delegates, especially when transfers are required from various airports and terminals.
Flight arrivals are constantly monitored and wherever possible earlier than scheduled planes are met just as seamlessly as those of delayed flights, thereby keeping the costs incurred for the Client company to a minimum.
This control is also adhered to with regard to the return airport transfers, insofar as Delegates are kept informed of any flight delays, or more importantly traffic conditions that may impede their outward airport journey. Any advice to minimise this complication, should it be required, will
always be proposed.
